Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Large Furniture Items: 7–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.

FURNITURE & OVERSIZED ITEMS
Certain furniture items require special handling due to size and weight.
Oversized products may be delivered separately from other items in your order.
Some deliveries may require a scheduled appointment with the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that furniture can fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, and staircases before ordering.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged:
Take photographs of the packaging and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
